Image visualization:

Type 'uvmat' under the matlab prompt, the interface opens with the date of last modification. Select the image file with the browser at the upper left of the interface (select the option 'File of types: All files' in the browser to see the .TIF files). The file name is displayed, with file number and extension in separate edit windows, and the image appears. To zoom on any region, select the checkbox 'zoom on' on the upper right and draw the region with the mouse. Click the right mouse button to come back to the original size. The contrast can be changed by unselecting the check box 'auto' on the top, and setting values in the 'min' and 'max' edit boxes: this sets the image luminosity level represented by pure black and pure white respectively (set at the image minimum and maximum in the mode 'auto'). See the color bar and the image histogram displayed on the right.

To see the image pair as a movie, select the checkbox '-' below the file extension, and write the second file number (2) in the edit window below the first file number, and press the red button RUN '0'. Press the 'STOP' button to stop the motion.
