All the documentation is available on the web site http://www.civproject.org/ documentation, connected to http:// www.coriolis-legi.org. A general introduction on 'Correlation Imaging Velocimetry at the Coriolis Facility' is provided, including physical problems of imaging in the case of large scale experiments. Details on file format can be found, as well as updated information in the 'forum' part. Help for different functions of the uvmat and civ interfaces is provided online by pressing the HELP push buttons available in the interfaces.
In case of uncontroled behaviour of the interface, type 'return carriage' on the file input window (or use the file browser). This reinitializes many parameters. Don't change your Matlab working directory when the interface is working. It can be of course useful also to restart Matlab. A possible source of persistent problem can be due to the directory 'DATA' automatically produced in your current Matlab working directory: some information on the interface state is stored for convenience in this directory and is read when the programme is started again. Suppress this directory 'DATA' to reinitialize everything.
